All our products are handcrafted in our U.S studio. If the item you have ordered is available, we will ship it to you within 48 hours of receiving your payment. If your order includes customizations or is not in stock, the item will be handcrafted, approved and shipped within 10 business days after your payment is received.
We will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order accurately.
Domestic (within U.S.A): flat rate priority shipping via USPS, tracking included. We will notify you via email once your item has been shipped.
International: shipments are shipped via USPS and DTDC international. Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. Please contact us directly for International shipping orders.
International orders are usually delivered within 12 business days and domestic orders within 4 business days.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
Emails with tracking number will be sent to the email used to create an account. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes (if any)directly to the shipping agent (DTDC, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent. We are not responsible for any duties that are levied by the destination country

We accept payment by direct bank deposit/ third party payment gateways / check (domestic payments)/ Google wallet/ Paypal / credit cards via Paypal.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to purchase products or take advantage of many of our promotions, features or Services. In this policy, “personal information” means any information by which you may be identified or contacted, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, phone number, physical address or email address. In addition, we may collect information about your purchases, billing address, shipping address and birthday.
We are certain you will be delighted with your RuHH Jewelry purchase. We take great care in handcrafting our products, and adhere to the highest quality standards. However, if you wish to return an item for any reason, as also wrong delivery or genuine quality/manufacturing defect, please return the same within 10 business days from the date you received the item. For returns to be accepted, it has to be returned in its original packaging and MOST IMPORTANTLY original condition.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution before sending it out. Based on the resolution we will happily offer an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping costs).
To return or exchange a product wrongly delivered. damaged in transit, or a defective item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongly delivered/ damaged/ defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
Once the return is accepted , please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed
It may be noted that no refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc.), then RuHH will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
RuHH creations are carefully crafted, but if an item breaks at any time please email us at email@example.com for repair options.
